Elia Gabai

Elia is a native Israeli with a French background who is completely tri-lingual (Hebrew, French, English) and multi-cultural. Elia received a B.A from the Open University in Business Management. Elia managed the Mizrahi bank’s mortgage center for two years prior to her career in real estate, and has extensive knowledge in the financial aspects of real estate transactions in Jerusalem. Elia excelled for over four years as one of Re/max Israel’s leading agents. In 2010 Elia was ranked 2nd amongst over one thousand agents from all over Israel. Elia received many awards and accolades including “Premium status”. Elia is one of the most well respected agents in the fast paced Jerusalem real estate market both by her peers and by the clients she has served so diligently.
Yaniv Gabbay

Yaniv was born in Herzliya, Israel and raised in Teaneck, N.J. Yaniv has a B.S in marketing from Yeshiva University and brings his expertise in the field, to the sophisticated Jerusalem real estate market. Yaniv made Aliyah in 2003 and at 23 years old enlisted as a lone soldier, in an elite combat unit in the IDF. Yaniv’s diverse background enables him to truly relate to his clients regardless of where they are from. He has worked alongside Elia Since 2010 in real estate building the name they share (coincidentally) to stand for integrity, success, and most importantly honesty. Yaniv is married and has four daughters.
Chaim Shulman

Originally from New York, Chaim made Aliyah in 2016 after completing his service in the IDF as a lone solider in the Kfir brigade. Upon finishing his service, Chaim attended Mechon Lev (Jerusalem College of Technology), where he received his degree in Business Administration and Management. Chaim previously worked as a program coordinator at the Israel Experience, working with potential olim to find employment in a variety of fields. In his free time, Chaim enjoys cooking and baking, and occasionally even spoils the office with his fresh baked goods. Chaim is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities, ensuring our clients are attended to and assisting in finding their dream home.
Aliza Berkovich

Originally from New York, Aliza was raised and lived in Israel most of her life. In 2012, she returned to the Big Apple, and within 4 years, completed a BFA in Advertising and Communication Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. After spending a few years working for agencies in Manhattan, Aliza returned to her roots and is now living back in the Jerusalem area, continuing her work as a designer. Aliza is responsible for the cutting edge and immensely aesthetically pleasing advertisements Gabai Real Estate is known for. Her talents are also implemented in assisting other high quality boutique firms in the U.S and Israel.
Chanie Silverstein

Chanie is originally from Chicago and has been living in Jerusalem for many years. Prior to her career in real estate, Chanie owned and managed a large Jerusalem client-based business and excels at providing exceptional customer service to all her clients. A married mother of four, Chanie has proven herself to be a team player and a welcome addition to the Gabai Real Estate Group.
Abe Truitt

Abe made Aliyah to Jerusalem 21 years ago from Denver, Colorado. After debuting in Jerusalem’s musical theater scene, Abe expanded his horizons as an IDF guide and instructor and received a BA in Communications and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University. In 2020 following the Covid-19 pandemic, Abe co-founded Trusite, a Virtual Reality company to provide 3D services for real estate and commercial properties. In 2025 Abe merged Trusite’s 3D services for real-estate with Gabai Realty to provide cutting edge solutions for the Israeli real estate market.
